Kabaj ka Gharelu Illaz

  •   Ye mana jata hai ki kele ka sewan krne kabaj se rahat pai ja sakti hai.
  •   Shaam ke khane me moong daal or chawal ki khichdi khae.
  •   Rojana angoor khane se b kabaj se aram paya ja sakta hai.
  •   Din me do baar triphla ko shehed k saath mila kr khae.
  •   Raat ko peene k liye pani tambe ke bartan me rakhe.
  •   Or ho sake to chukandar ka juice piye.

Kabaj ke baare me jaane

Ye jaan na both jroori hai ki agar aapko kabaj hai tou aap akele insaan nahi hai. Aaj kl ki bhaag dodh bhri jindgi main hum aksar ye dhyaan rakhna bhool jate hai ki hum kitna khae or kis samay per khae. Itni gatisheel dincharya me diet ka dhyan rkhna boht mushkil ho gya hai. Kabaj ke liye Dadi Maa ke Gharelu Nuskhe

  •   Kabaj se rahat pane k liye subah 5 ya 6 bje jitna ho sake utna paani piye. Peene se pehly paani ko thoda sa garam kare or ho sake tou usme nimbu ya shahad milaae. Ese 4 se 5 glass pani pine se pachan shakti bdegi or kabaj se aram milega.
  •   Pachan sudharne ke liye pani me kaali mirch ka powder milae, thoda sa jeera, ajwain, saunf or sehad daal ker ubale. Is pani ka sewan krna or bhi faydemand hai.
  •   Khana khate samay pani na piye. Agr ho ske tou khana khane se ada ghnta pehle pani pi le or kahan achi tarah se chbaae.
  •   Aamla, haradm or baheda ko mila kr banaya gya churan jise Ayurveda main triphala bhi kaha gya hai raat ko sone se pehly khae. Aapka pet saaf ho jaega.
  •   Esabghol ek esi cheez hai jisme fibre ki matra boht adhik hai. Iska pani ke saath sewan krne se ye phool jata hai or aanto ko achi tarah se saaf kr deta hai. Agr ho sake tou triphla ke saath ek chamach Esabghol mila kr le tou or bhi jyada faydemand hoga.
  •   Agra apke pass ye sab krny ka time nahi hai tou hare patte vali sabjiya khae jo ki pachan me asan ho. Is sab ke sath salad ka sewan kre jisme payaj or hari mirch ho. Ye dono bhi kabaj se rahat dene me labhkari honge.
  •   Khan eke saath dahi ya chach ka sewan bhi kabaj door kr sakta hai.
  •   Raat ko kale angoor kha le or kabaj se rahat pae.
  •   Subah or raat ko sone se pehly 5-6 chamach til kha le. Agar ghr me til uplabdh nahi hai tou 2 chamach alsi ke beej chba le, is se kabaj door ho jaegi.
  •   Vayayam krne se bhi kabaj door ho skati hai. Jameen per let kr peer hwa me utha le or hwa me rakhe or hatho se kamar ko sahara de. Aap apne peer diwar pr bhi rakh skty hai.
  •   Aap chahe tou khan eke baad ek chamach gulkand or saunf achi tarah chba le.
  •   Letne pr nabhi ke neeche hisse pe haath ko gol gol feere or malish kre.
